As the name indicates, Large Size Cardamom is bigger in size in all grades. But the quality and look are the same as other grades, its size does have some variations. Large size Cardamom 8mm is graded in the filter (8mm filter).

How large size the cardamom is graded?

Cardamom has different grades. It is graded based on size and Color. The main classifications are

The cardamom is collected in bulk from local farmers and then we keep it in different filters to grade them. after filtering, we remove all broken and mouth-open cardamom from each category.

Cardamom is a common ingredient in Indian cooking. It has a strong, unique taste, with an intensely aromatic fragrance. Green cardamom is one of the most expensive spices by weight but little is needed to make the flavor.
