  • Freshness Guaranteed: Carefully packed to retain its natural oils, aroma, and flavour.
  • Multiple Uses: Ideal for culinary, medicinal, and personal care applications.

Storage Tips:
1. Use an Airtight Container
● Keep your cardamom in a glass or stainless steel jar with a tight seal. This keeps it fresh longer.
● Try not to use plastic, it tends to soak up the smell and weaken the aroma.

2. Store in a Cool, Dark Spot
● Keep it away from sunlight, heat areas so the green colour and strong oils stay intact.
● A cupboard or pantry works best. Don’t keep it near your stove or by a window.

3. Freeze for Long-Term Storage
● If you have bought in bulk, put the cardamom in sealed bags or jars and freeze it.
● It will stay flavorful and aromatic for months without going bad.

4. Grind Right Before You Use It
● When you are ready to cook or brew, crack open the pods and crush the black seeds.
● You will get more flavor this way, especially in tea, coffee, sweets or biryani.

Quick Tip: Don’t throw out the green shells after removing the seeds. Add them into your tea during the brewing, simmer them alongside rice or include them into curry. You can still taste a lot of flavour in them.
