BRAHMI HONEY 250GM
Brahmi plant is an ayurvedic medicinal creeping herb very commonly found in Kerala. It is commonly known as ‘herb of grace’. Brahmi honey is prepared by infusing washed and sun dried brahmi plant leaf (Bacopa monnieri) in natural honey and filtering out the infusion. This is believed to be a good nutraceutical for brain development and memory power.
1 spoon Brahmi honey mixed with 1/4 glass of water, once in a day
