- We will dispatch the parcel within.48 hours after receiving the order (generally within 24 hours, in some case, a maximum of 48 hours)
- Tracking details will be shared immediately after the parcel is dispatched via email.
- Free Shipping is through India Post/Amazon/ Delhivery parcel service
- For all COD orders, an additional Rs60 will be charged as the collection charge of the courier partner.
- COD orders will be dispatched only after confirmation of the customer via mail or phone call.
- All orders will be delivered within 6-8 working days. If the customer opts for fast delivery, it will be delivered within 3-5 days.
Refunds and Exchange Policy
Refund Policy:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the item. After inspection, we will immediately inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account as soon as possible. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on your bank, but refunds are typically completed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
Exchange Policy:
We accept exchanges if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. To be eligible for an exchange:
You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging.
- If everything is fine, the product will be delivered in 7 or 8 working days, if the customer opts for an exchange
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the exchange and dispatch the replacement within 5–7 business days, subject to stock availability.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer care team with your order number and reason for return.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for perishable items unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
Shipping costs for returning an item are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
